Monthly meetings are on the 3rd Saturday of the month. They are held at the Wyndham Hotel on Buck Owens Blvd from 10am to approximately 12pm. Each month a new speaker is provided to teach and entertain the group of published and aspiring authors. All attending are invited to stay for lunch and visit with the speaker.

March is set aside for the Annual Writers Workshop. Each year is different with new speakers, including authors, publishers, and others in the writing profession. It is sometimes an all day affair and at other times we make it a half day event.

June is our Anniversary dinner and at that time our membership is invited to read something they have written, but no longer than five minutes. Time and place varies.

December is our Christmas Party. We have a dinner or a potluck and again the members entertain the group with something they have written.
